Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Intellectual Property (Chicago)

Senior litigation partner sought to join a major national law firm’s Chicago office to lead complex antitrust and patent litigation matters. The role focuses on high-stakes trial and appellate work across antitrust disputes (including matters arising from private equity activity) and patent litigation in life sciences and technology.

The position offers a platform to grow and manage a portable litigation practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-office teams serving sophisticated corporate clients. The team handles bet-the-company litigation and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

• Established partner with significant trial and appellate litigation experience, ideally in antitrust and patent matters.
• Proven record of leading complex litigations and managing teams; strong client development and relationship skills.
• Portable book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client engagements.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to handle multi-jurisdictional matters.
