Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Intellectual Property (San Francisco)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major US practice in San Francisco with a focus on complex litigation, patent disputes and antitrust matters. The role will work cross-practice with IP and antitrust teams and support clients in technology, life sciences and private equity sectors.

The practice handles high-stakes patent litigation and antitrust litigation related to commercial transactions and PE activity. The incoming partner will take a lead role on matters, develop business, and collaborate with regional teams across the firm's national platform.

• Established partner with significant litigation and patent/antitrust experience, including courtroom or high-stakes litigation exposure.
• Proven portable practice or demonstrable book of business and track record of originating or growing client relationships.
• Experience representing clients in technology and life sciences matters and handling private equity–related antitrust disputes preferred.
• Admission to the California bar (or ability to waive/admit) and willingness to be based in the San Francisco office.
