Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & IP (New York)

A highly experienced litigation partner is sought for a New York office to lead complex antitrust and patent litigation matters. The role sits in a national litigation practice with significant work across antitrust disputes tied to private equity transactions and high-stakes patent litigation in life sciences and technology.

The team handles trial- and appellate-level matters for sophisticated corporate clients and offers opportunities to run cases, supervise teams, and develop cross-practice solutions with transactional and regulatory colleagues. This is a partnership-track lateral role where a portable practice will be valued.

• Established partner with substantial litigation experience, including antitrust and patent litigation.
• Proven record of leading trials or high‑stakes dispositive proceedings and managing litigation teams.
• Portable practice / book of business desirable; ability to originate and maintain client relationships.
• Comfort advising clients in private equity, life sciences, technology and related industries.
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
