Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & IP — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on leading high-stakes antitrust and patent litigation matters, with significant work arising from private equity, life sciences and technology clients.

The partner will counsel clients through complex civil litigation and disputes, manage trial-ready teams, and work closely with national offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. The group offers a collaborative platform and established referral network to support business development.

Portable practice or a demonstrable track record of originating business is welcome and will be considered in the hire.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and/or patent litigation, including courtroom and motion practice experience.
• Proven business development skills and ability to grow a portable practice or originate matters.
• Experience representing private equity, life sciences, and/or technology clients preferred.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in D.C.
