Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a disputes practice in the firm's Berlin office. The role focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration, handling high-value disputes and representing clients before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals.

Ideal candidates will take a visible client-facing role, mentor and build a team, and help develop the practice's profile in Germany and cross-border matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable.

Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent admission
Established record in commercial litigation and international arbitration
Proven client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice preferred
Experience managing teams and leading complex disputes
Fluency in German and strong English language skills
