Lateral Partner — Litigation & Arbitration, Chemnitz

Leading regional litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chemnitz office to lead contentious mandates across courts and arbitral tribunals. The role will involve managing complex commercial disputes, supervising associates and developing the local disputes offering.

The team handles a broad range of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters. You will collaborate with colleagues across Germany and support cross-border matters as needed.

Candidates with an established, portable practice in litigation or arbitration are encouraged to apply; the hiring team is open to flexible arrangements for candidates who can demonstrate client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape a growing disputes desk within a well-regarded firm.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany (admitted to the bar)
• Established track record in litigation and international or domestic arbitration
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable book of business preferred
