Lateral Partner — Litigation & Arbitration, Dubai

Seeking a senior litigation partner to lead and grow a disputes practice in Dubai, with a strong emphasis on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. The role offers responsibility for originating work, managing client relationships and representing clients in regional disputes.

The successful candidate will join a well-established, cross-border team and will be expected to drive business development in the UAE and wider MENA region, mentor junior fee-earners, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
• Track record of generating and managing client work; a portable practice or established client relationships preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to manage and develop a regional disputes team.
• Admission to an appropriate jurisdiction; UAE admission or eligibility advantageous.
