Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Düsseldorf litigation team. The role will handle complex commercial disputes and international arbitration across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen an established dispute-resolution practice, work closely with other practice groups on multi-jurisdictional cases, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level litigation practice with significant experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration
Proven track record of leading cases and managing teams on complex matters
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable client base or clear origination capacity is desirable
Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English
