Lateral Partner — Litigation / Arbitration, Frankfurt

Leading international law firm’s Frankfurt litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its commercial litigation and international arbitration offering. The role suits candidates with a portable commercial litigation or arbitration practice who can lead matters and develop regional market presence.

The team handles a mix of arbitration and court-based disputes across domestic and cross‑border matters. The appointment offers a platform to work on complex disputes for corporate clients and to build a practice within an established disputes group.

• Established partner with a demonstrable, portable litigation or arbitration practice — ability to bring an existing book of business.
• Proven experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration; track record of leading matters and originating work.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills; fluency in German and English advantageous.
• Admission/qualification permitting practice in Germany or the ability to work from the Frankfurt office.
