Leading German law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Hamburg disputes team and help lead complex litigation and international arbitration matters. The role offers client-facing case work, strategic case management and responsibility for supervising associates.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and arbitration, experience managing cross-border disputes, and a track record of developing client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent jurisdiction) with significant litigation and arbitration experience
Proven record of leading complex commercial disputes and managing teams
Demonstrable business development skills; portable client relationships welcomed
Fluent German and strong English for client work and cross-border matters
