Lateral Partner — Litigation (Arbitration), Miami

A leading global litigation practice is seeking an experienced trial and arbitration partner to join its Miami office. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes and international arbitration, representing sophisticated corporate clients across high-stakes matters.

The team handles domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, working on large bet-the-company cases and multi-jurisdictional disputes. This is a hands-on partnership opportunity with responsibility for developing business and leading major matters from intake through resolution.

• Established partner with a portable litigation/arbitration practice and demonstrable client relationships.
• Significant experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration before tribunals and courts.
• Excellent trial and advocacy skills, plus experience managing teams on complex, high-value matters.
• Admission to practice in the United States (state bar) or eligibility to obtain admission; willingness to work from the Miami office.
