Lateral Partner — Litigation & Arbitration, Muscat

Leading regional law practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Muscat litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across the Gulf, providing senior leadership on contentious work and mentoring more junior lawyers.

The post-holder will be expected to help grow and sustain a portable practice in dispute resolution; business development and maintaining strong client relationships are an important part of the role. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced advocate who can operate independently on high-value matters.

• Established track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration at partner level.
• Proven ability to originate or materially grow a book of business and to lead client development.
• Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams on complex cross-border disputes.
• Qualified solicitor/advocate in a recognised jurisdiction; experience practicing in Oman or the Gulf preferred.
