Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta litigation team. The role focuses on leading and expanding a commercial litigation practice, handling complex civil disputes across industries.

The ideal candidate will take on substantive casework, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in client development. There is flexibility to manage a portable practice and to work collaboratively with litigators in other U.S. offices.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial and complex civil litigation
Track record of trial and/or significant motion practice and case management
Demonstrated client development and relationship-management ability; portable business welcome
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising associate teams
Active bar admission and good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
