Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta litigation team with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will handle complex civil and regulatory litigation, internal investigations, and related enforcement defense work across federal and state forums.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary group that regularly works on high‑stakes corporate and securities disputes and coordinates with other practice groups to deliver integrated client advice. This is an opportunity to take on a high‑visibility caseload and help grow a regional practice.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities or white‑collar defense work
Strong trial and motion practice, with courtroom and deposition experience
Track record of managing complex investigations and coordinating with corporate clients
Ability to develop or bring portable client relationships; excellent business development and interpersonal skills
Active bar admission in Georgia or ability to become admitted
