Leading law firm seeking a litigation partner to join its Chicago trial team. The role focuses on handling complex commercial disputes and high-stakes civil litigation across federal and state courts.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage associates, advise sophisticated clients, and take a visible role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client work is valued.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a track record of handling complex commercial or civil matters.
Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills; courtroom experience preferred.
Proven team leadership and matter management, including supervising associates and coordinating litigation strategy.
Demonstrable business development skills; ability to bring or grow client relationships is a plus.
Active admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
