Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a well-established US litigation team in San Francisco. The role focuses on defending and advising clients in class action matters and privacy/data‑protection disputes across regulatory and commercial fronts.

The firm offers a platform to lead high‑profile, complex litigation matters, supervise junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. Candidates should be able to bring a portable practice or demonstrate an ability to generate and expand client work in the class action and privacy space.

• Established partner with substantial litigation experience, specifically in class actions and privacy/data‑protection matters
• Proven track record of leading complex litigation matters and managing teams
• Strong business development skills or a portable practice
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in federal courts preferred
