Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established international litigation practice, joining one of the market-leading teams in Germany. The role focuses on commercial dispute resolution and international arbitration instructed by corporate and institutional clients across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will lead and develop high-value contentious matters from Germany, working closely with colleagues across offices in Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg. This is a partner-level role for an established litigator with a track record of winning and managing complex commercial and arbitral disputes.

Established partner-level litigation/arbitration practitioner based in Germany (Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin or Hamburg preferred).
Extensive experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.
Proven track record of leading teams on high-stakes disputes and developing client relationships; an existing portable practice/book of business is required.
Admission to practice in Germany and strong written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage.
