A leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial litigation and product liability / mass tort matters and managing high‑stakes cases from intake through trial and appeal.

The successful candidate will supervise associates, play a key role in case strategy and client service, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced practice handling nationwide matters while based in the San Francisco office.

Established partner‑level litigation experience, with a strong track record in commercial litigation and product liability/mass tort work
Demonstrated trial and motion experience and ability to manage complex litigation teams
Proven client development skills; ability to contribute a portable practice is welcome
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and willingness to be based in San Francisco
