Established German law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its litigation and compliance offering in Chemnitz. The role focuses on white-collar crime, regulatory defence and compliance advisory for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop and expand a portable practice, and work closely with regional and national teams on contentious and preventative mandates. This is a partner-level opening with responsibility for business development and team leadership.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany with substantial partner-level experience in litigation and white-collar / compliance work.
Proven track record on white-collar crime, regulatory investigations or similar contentious regulatory matters.
Demonstrable client relationships and ability to grow a portable practice; business development experience expected.
Fluent German and strong English; ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior lawyers.
