Lateral Partner, Litigation & Compliance — Cologne

Senior partner-level opportunity in Cologne for an experienced litigator focused on white‑collar crime, regulatory defence and compliance counselling. The role sits in a busy disputes and regulatory practice advising on investigations, enforcement matters and internal compliance responses.

The team handles cross-disciplinary matters for corporate and individual clients; the hire will lead matters, develop the practice and work closely with senior colleagues across related regulatory and corporate areas.

• Established partner with a proven track record in white‑collar crime, regulatory litigation or compliance investigations.
• Ability and willingness to develop and, where applicable, bring a portable practice or client relationships.
• Strong courtroom and/or internal investigation experience and leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Fluency in German and experience working in the German legal/regulatory environment.
