Partner — Government & Public / Compliance & Regulatory — Cologne

Senior legal partner opportunity to lead and grow a Government & Public law practice with a strong regulatory and compliance focus. The role involves advising public-sector clients and private clients on government contracts, public procurement, regulatory matters and related compliance issues.

The practice group seeks a commercial, client-facing partner with an established book of business or demonstrable ability to develop client relationships. The post offers a platform to build a team, work on high‑profile public-sector matters and contribute to strategic growth across the office.

• Proven partner‑level experience in government law, public contracts or public procurement and regulatory/compliance matters
• Track record of originating and managing client engagements; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills; experience mentoring associates
• Qualified to practise in Germany and fluent in German (spoken and written)
