Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston office in a dual litigation and corporate-focused role. The position will support and expand a fintech and cybersecurity-oriented practice, handling complex disputes, transactional work, and corporate governance matters for sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will work with cross-practice teams and regional offices to originate and execute work across litigation, M&A, and technology-related regulatory and cyber matters. This is an opportunity to take a visible role in growing a market-facing fintech/cyber practice in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate work, with emphasis on fintech, cyber security or related technology matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability preferred.
Strong trial and transactional skills, excellent writing and client-management abilities.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
