Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a fintech and cyber-focused practice from the Nashville office of a leading US law firm. The role combines complex commercial litigation and corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on cybersecurity, fintech matters, corporate governance and M&A.

The successful candidate will split time between litigation matters and strategic corporate deals, advising clients on risk mitigation, incident response, and transactional implications of cybersecurity and fintech developments. This is a partner role with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with a demonstrated fintech/cybersecurity practice and significant litigation and corporate experience
Track record of originating and developing client work; portable practice desirable
Strong experience with corporate governance and M&A matters affecting regulated technology and financial-services clients
Excellent client-facing, business development and leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
