Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Houston)

Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a leading international law firm’s Houston team focused on litigation and corporate governance matters. The role will take a senior position within a cross‑disciplinary practice group handling complex commercial disputes and corporate advisory work.

The partner will manage client relationships, lead or supervise trial and transactional teams, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on matters for Texas‑based and cross‑border clients. The firm is seeking a candidate with a demonstrable, portable practice and a proven track record of originating and growing client work.

• Established partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance or related corporate matters.
• Proven record of client development and managing a portable practice; ability to bring and expand client relationships.
• Significant experience leading litigation matters, including courtroom exposure and team supervision.
• Strong transactional and advisory experience on corporate governance issues is preferred.
• Active bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and ability to work from the Houston office.
