Proven partner‑level experience in commercial litigation and significant corporate transactions (M&A or related transactional work).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or dispute teams.
Prefer candidates able to bring a portable practice or anchor client relationships; team hires encouraged over single‑individual moves.
Comfort working across sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive and on cross‑border matters.
Practical approach to business development and integrating with an established, multi‑jurisdictional platform; cautious of frequent firm moves.
