Established global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead a technology-focused practice from its Houston office. The role blends litigation and corporate work, with particular emphasis on fintech, cybersecurity and technology-related M&A and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will advise institutional clients on high-value disputes and transactional matters, collaborate across national offices and help expand the firm's fintech and cyber offerings. A portable practice or demonstrated business-development capability in these areas is welcome.

Partner-level experience in litigation and corporate/transactional matters, ideally with a technology or fintech focus
Track record on cybersecurity, fintech-related deals or disputes, and corporate governance / M&A matters
Proven client-development ability; portable book of business or demonstrable origination preferred
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work across domestic offices
