Lead and grow a market-facing life sciences and technology practice within a well-established national firm . This partner role is based in Houston and will focus on providing strategic counsel to life sciences and technology clients across transactional and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, working on cross-practice matters and helping to expand the firm s offerings in the healthcare and technology sectors. There is an expectation of active client development and practice leadership.

Partner-level experience advising life sciences and/or technology companies on commercial or transactional matters.
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable partner practice is required.
Strong business development and leadership skills; ability to work across practice groups.
Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to obtain admission.
