Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and expand a healthcare transactions practice within a national, full-service law firm. The role centers on advising healthcare providers, systems, and investors on transactional matters, structuring deals and cross-practice solutions for complex healthcare clients.

You'll join an established transactional team with national healthcare capabilities and work closely with corporate, regulatory and finance colleagues to deliver integrated advice. The role offers a platform to originate work, mentor junior lawyers and shape the practice's Houston footprint.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established, portable healthcare transactions practice and strong client relationships who can drive business development and contribute to firm leadership locally and regionally.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare transactional work (acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, or similar).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline.
Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with corporate, finance and regulatory specialists.
Admission to practice and eligibility to work in Texas; strong communication and leadership skills.
