Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Houston team handling complex healthcare and technology disputes. The role focuses on defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters, and on business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity incidents and cryptocurrency-related disputes.

The successful candidate will build and lead case strategy, supervise trial and appellate work, and work closely with clients across healthcare, tech and financial sectors. The opportunity welcomes candidates with an established, portable practice who can grow regional client relationships.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including courtroom and trial exposure
Substantial experience defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters; strong healthcare litigation background
Experience with technology-related business disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and cross-disciplinary issues
Track record of business development and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Active bar admission in Texas or ability to qualify promptly
