Leading global law firm is adding a partner in the Houston corporate team to grow its Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology practices. The role will focus on cross-practice work involving M&A, capital markets, private equity and deal-side technology/IP matters, and will coordinate with litigation and IP teams where matters require dispute support.

The team seeks an experienced rainmaker to originate and lead complex transactions for clients across healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial services sectors. The position offers a senior platform within a broad international practice and collaboration with sector-focused lawyers across offices.

Partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or private equity transactions
Sector experience in healthcare/life sciences, technology or financial services
Proven client origination and ability to develop a portable book of business
Track record of working collaboratively with IP and litigation teams on transaction-related issues
Strong leadership, team development and business-development skills
