Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a life sciences and technology practice from the firm’s Houston office. The role focuses on advising companies in the life sciences and technology sectors on commercial transactions, strategic matters, and sector-specific counsel.

The successful candidate will be expected to bring an established portable practice, originate new business, and collaborate with national teams to expand market presence. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant responsibility for business development and practice management.

Established partner with a demonstrable portable book of business and a track record of originating and closing work
Substantial experience advising life sciences and technology clients on commercial and corporate matters
Strong business development and client relationship skills; proven ability to grow revenue and lead teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Houston office
