We are partnering with a leading Am Law 200 firm to hire a partner-level attorney to join and help build its data-center practice in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral partner with a strong client following to step into a high-growth platform.

The role sits at the intersection of real estate, technology and infrastructure, and is driven by the surging demand for data-center capacity from AI, hyperscalers and enterprise clients. The firm's collaborative, non-eat-what-you-kill culture differentiates it from more siloed competitors.

Partner-level experience (including junior partners) with a focus on data-center development, leasing, acquisition or related real estate / infrastructure work.
Established relationships with data-center developers, hyperscalers or institutional investors.
Ability to lead transactions independently and work as part of an integrated team.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
