Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will sit in a busy practice handling strategic deals for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients across public and private markets.

This position offers the opportunity to lead transactions, grow a technology-focused transactional practice, and collaborate with national and international teams on cross-border matters. The hiring team is interested in candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships.

Proven partner-level transaction experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions
Track record of originating business or managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong technical skills and experience working on cross-border or multi-office matters
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
