Top-tier national firm is seeking an equity lateral partner to accelerate litigation and related corporate work across its UK and US platforms. The role favours experienced trial lawyers with a portable practice; patent litigation is a priority, with healthcare False Claims Act and commercial litigation also key areas of interest.

The successful candidate will join a growing team that is expanding in several US markets while maintaining a strong presence in London. This is a client-facing role with expectations for business development, case leadership and cross-border collaboration.

Established equity partner with a demonstrable portable book of business and a track record of originating client work.
Substantive experience in patent litigation, healthcare (including FCA) litigation, commercial litigation, or related corporate litigation matters.
Proven trial or complex litigation experience and ability to lead matter teams and develop junior lawyers.
Strong client relationships, business development aptitude, and willingness to work across offices and jurisdictions.
