Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross‑border litigation and transactional practice. The role will split time between high‑stakes commercial and IP litigation and transactional matters, with strong support from a national platform spanning the US and UK.

Priority is for candidates with a substantive patent/IP litigation background or healthcare False Claims Act experience; candidates with complementary M&A, employee benefits, trade‑secrets or commercial disputes experience will also be considered. The team is expanding in several US growth markets while maintaining a strong London presence.

Senior litigation partner with a proven track record of handling complex commercial and/or IP disputes.
Demonstrable, portable client relationships and a history of originating work (book of business expected).
Experience or strong background in patent litigation or healthcare False Claims Act matters preferred; experience in M&A, trade secrets, employee benefits/ERISA or commercial litigation is valued.
Admission to the relevant UK and/or US bar(s) appropriate to the role and ability to work across jurisdictions.
