Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office to strengthen the commercial litigation and corporate governance capabilities. The role is client-facing and involves leading significant matters, supervising associates, and collaborating across US and international offices.

The ideal candidate will have an established, portable practice and experience counseling corporate clients on complex disputes and governance issues. This is a senior leadership role with opportunities to originate work and help grow the local team.

Proven partner-level litigation and corporate governance experience.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and origination capability.
Strong client-facing and team leadership skills.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (Florida admission preferred) and ability to work effectively across offices.
