Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Nashville

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-established national firm’s Nashville office, working at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology-related matters. The role will support a broad client base including fintech and cybersecurity matters, with both litigation and deal responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the region and collaborate across national practice teams. This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for supervising associates and driving matter outcomes.

• Experienced partner-level lawyer with a demonstrable record in litigation and corporate transactions (M&A, governance) involving technology/fintech matters.
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates and coordinating multi-office teams.
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice and jurisdiction; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
