Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow an established commercial litigation and corporate transactions platform in New York. The role is focused on high-value commercial disputes and cross-border M&A, working across regulated and commercial sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Search prioritizes experienced teams or partners who can expand transactional capacity and handle significant, complex litigation. The team will work with a global roster of offices and matters, with particular market activity in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Proven partner-level track record in commercial litigation and/or M&A with significant transaction and dispute experience
Established portable practice or ability to bring client relationships; preference for team moves or partners with demonstrable book development
Strong sector experience in at least one of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive
Admissions and standing to practice in New York; strong cross-border and client-management skills
