Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, New York

Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its New York team focused on commercial litigation and corporate matters. The practice handles a mix of contested commercial disputes and corporate/finance-related work, including asset finance-related matters.

The role offers opportunity to build and lead client engagements across litigation and transactional streams, working with a deep bench of senior litigators and corporate advisers. The team is opportunistic and active across cross-practice matters.

• Established track record in commercial litigation and corporate/finance matters.
• Admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify promptly).
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrated book of business is preferred.
• Strong litigation judgment, client-facing experience, and team leadership skills.
