Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Palo Alto office to lead and grow a mixed litigation and corporate practice. The role suits an established partner who handles complex commercial disputes and corporate governance matters for technology and sophisticated commercial clients.

The successful hire will be expected to bring a portable practice, lead major matters, mentor senior associates, and collaborate with cross‑border teams across the firm's platform. This is a client‑facing leadership position with significant business‑development responsibility.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance or related transactional matters
Proven portable book of business and track record of originating or materially contributing to new client relationships
Strong litigation advocacy, case management, and client counseling skills
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligible) and willingness to be based in Palo Alto
