The hiring strategy prioritizes acquiring established teams or a portable practice that will meaningfully expand transactional capability and litigation capacity.

Established partner with a proven commercial litigation and corporate transactional practice.
Demonstrable track record handling high-value, cross-border matters and working with sophisticated corporate clients.
Strong client relationships and a portable, well-developed book of business; preference for team moves over solo transitions.
Ability to originate work across the firm s priority sectors and collaborate with offices in the U.S. and Europe.
