A well-established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa office to lead both litigation and corporate governance work. The role combines handling high-stakes disputes with advising corporate clients on governance, compliance and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will be a visible leader in the office, developing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development across the region. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced practitioner with an existing portable practice.

Partner-level experience in litigation and corporate governance matters.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business required.
Admitted to practice in Florida (or able to obtain admission) and J.D. or equivalent.
Strong leadership, supervision and business development skills; experience mentoring associates.
