Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology — Austin

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation and corporate technology practice in Austin. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security and related corporate governance and M&A matters, with significant work originating from West Coast clients.

The firm is looking for a partner to lead client relationships, develop new business in the fintech/cyber space, and collaborate across litigation and transactional teams on cross-border and US-focused matters.

• Partner-level experience in litigation and corporate transactions, with a strong focus on fintech, cyber security or related regulated-technology sectors.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is welcome.
• Experience advising on M&A and corporate governance matters, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Admitted to practice in relevant US jurisdictions and able to work from the Austin office.
