Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology (Boston)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established international law practice in Boston. The role will blend litigation and corporate work with a focus on technology-driven industries, including fintech and cybersecurity.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a portable practice, advise on corporate governance and M&A matters, and work with a mix of domestic and West Coast-based clients. This is a partner-level opportunity to build market presence and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination in fintech, cyber or related tech sectors.
• Significant experience in both litigation and corporate/M&A matters.
• Strong business development skills and ability to lead client engagements.
• Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; team leadership and mentoring experience.
