Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — Charleston

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and develop a technology‑focused practice out of the Charleston office. The role will focus on disputes and counseling arising from fintech, cyber security, and technology transactions, with a significant corporate/M&A component.

The hire will be expected to originate and cultivate client relationships, coordinate with cross‑office teams, and handle high‑value litigation and transactional matters for regional and national clients. A track record advising technology and financial‑services companies is important, as is the ability to work with teams across U.S. time zones.

• Partner‑level experience in commercial litigation and related corporate work, with emphasis on technology, fintech, or cyber matters
• Proven business development and client management skills; portable client relationships preferred
• Strong trial, arbitration, and/or complex motion experience where applicable
• Ability to collaborate with national teams and support cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional matters
