Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas team to lead and expand litigation and corporate practices with a strong technology focus. The role will handle high‑stakes commercial litigation and cross‑border corporate matters for clients in fintech, cybersecurity and other technology sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and will collaborate with corporate, technology and regulatory teams across U.S. offices. This is a partner‑level role with significant responsibility for originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven track record as a partner or senior counsel in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with a technology/fintech focus
Experience handling cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional matters and working with multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrable client development skills and a portable practice or clear ability to originate work
Strong leadership and mentoring experience; excellent written and oral advocacy
