Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology-focus) — Fort Worth

Seeking a partner to join a busy litigation and corporate practice with a technology focus in the Fort Worth market. The role will handle complex commercial disputes and strategic transactional work for clients in fintech, cyber security and related technology sectors.

This is a leadership role expected to develop client relationships, collaborate across practice groups, and help grow offerings in fintech, cyber and corporate governance. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

• Established partner-level litigation and transactional experience (technology-related matters preferred).
• Proven track record in fintech, cyber security, M&A or corporate governance matters.
• Demonstrable business development / portable client relationships preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
