Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology focus) — Raleigh

Lead a cross-practice team advising corporate and technology clients on complex litigation and transactional matters from a Raleigh office. The role combines courtroom and deal-side experience with a focus on fintech, cybersecurity, corporate governance and M&A work.

Seeking a partner to develop and grow a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with national and international colleagues on high‑value matters. Opportunity includes a platform to originate work across litigation and corporate/technology practices.

• Established partner-level experience in litigation and corporate transactions, ideally with technology-sector clients (fintech, cyber security).
• Proven record of originating or materially growing client relationships and a portable book of business.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission; strong trial and/or deal execution skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and collaborating across offices on national/international matters.
