Leading global law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to strengthen an established litigation and corporate practice with a technology focus. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, fintech and cyber matters, and corporate transactions including M&A for technology-sector clients.

The successful candidate will split time between contentious work and strategic transactional advising, develop West Coast-facing client opportunities, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or established book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in litigation and corporate law, with at least several years leading matters and teams
Proven track record on technology-related matters (fintech, cyber, data security) and corporate transactions (M&A)
Strong litigation skills, including experience with complex commercial disputes
Demonstrated client development ability and an established portable practice or significant client relationships
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for a D.C. partner role
