Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Los Angeles team handling complex litigation and corporate matters at the intersection of technology and finance. The role will handle matters involving fintech, cybersecurity issues, corporate governance and M&A for technology-sector clients.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary practice supporting West Coast clients and national matters. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced rainmaker or established practice leader looking to grow a portable book of business.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in complex commercial litigation and corporate transactions, ideally involving fintech, cyber security, or technology clients
• Track record of originating or leading matters and the ability to develop a portable practice
• Strong client development skills and experience advising on corporate governance and M&A issues
• Admissions and standing to practice in California or ability to transfer as required
